Steve holds real estate broker licenses in multiple states.  He has a diverse background which includes farm/ranch management, guiding,  horse training/sales,  property development, construction, and heavy equipment operation.  Work experiences include 6 years as a traveling professional horse trainer, hunting guide, manager of a 100,000+ acre, 5000 head cattle ranch, and multiple construction and development projects.  He is an enthusiastic outdoorsman pursuing hunting, fishing, rock climbing, shooting, and flying.  After traveling extensively for 10 years, he married his wife Julie in 2003 and have a son, Cole (2) and Grace born in 2008.  Steve graduated with honors from Montana State University with a double emphasis in Pre-Med/Law.   Steve is also associated with PPK Asset Services, LLC a Real Estate Auction Company and 1031 Solutions, LLC a 1031 Services Company. Steve is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Montana Association of Realtors, Billings MLS, and holds Series 22 and 63 securities registrations for the sale of securitized real estate.   Contact Steve at:  406-580-4207

David M. Miller-Associate Broker

David M. Miller has been involved in farming and ranching with his brother Mark since 1977.  They are still successfully operating Miller Ranch, a diversified agricultural operation raising grain, cattle, sheep, and hay. David is currently a member of the Harlowton Chamber of Commerce, Montana Stockgrowers, Montana Woolgrowers, National Federation of Independent Business,  Farm Bureau, and a board member at his local church, Harlowton Faith Chapel.   David is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Montana Association of Realtors, Billings MLS, and holds Series 22 and 63 securities registrations for the sale of securitized real estate. David was educated in the Livingston, Montana school systems and Montana State University. Russell D. Pederson-Associate Broker

Russell offers a wealth of experience as an associate broker with SK Realty.  He has 15 years experience in traditional real estate sales and real estate auctions as well as a lifetime of experience in agriculture.  Licensed in Montana and Idaho.  Russell is a very experienced pilot, having flown for 34 years.  He previously operated an aerial crop dusting business for 21 years in addition to selling real estate.   Russell and his wife Paula have 4 boys.  Russell holds a CPPA (Certified Personal Property Appraiser) designation from the Appraisers Guild of America and holds Series 22 and 63 registrations.  Contact Russell at 406-939-2501

Floyd was born and raised in the Wolf Point area.  Licensed since 1959, he has 48 years of experience selling real estate in the Hi Line, Havre, and Bozeman areas.  Floyd is very active in community events and has twice served as president of the Havre/Hi Line Board of Realty.  Other associations include past president of the Havre Lions Club and a Life Member of the Elks and Eagles Clubs in Havre.  Floyd brings tremendous experience and knowledge to SK Realty.  Call Floyd at 406-265-3450

Joe Duval-Sales Associate

Chris Mason-Sales Associate

A native of Oregon, Chris has lived in mountain and ranching communities throughout the Rocky Mountains and the Pacific Northwest for over thirty years.   Holding a Masters Degree from Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies as well as a Bachelors in International Affairs from Lewis & Clark College, he worked in international business prior to trading in his pin stripes for a fishing vest in 1994.  Currently he can be found guiding fishermen on a wide variety of western waters.   A private ski instructor, during the winter months he travels extensively with his clients to major ski resorts from Montana to Colorado.  A third generation member of an Oregon ranching family, Chris is the General Manager of Mason Wind Farms LLC, a pioneer in the development of commercial wind energy by private ranch owners in Oregon.  When not wading rivers, skiing powder slopes or seeking out unique ranch properties for his clients he follows his passion of starting and teaching horses.   Chris's extensive travels and experience provide an excellent base of knowledge he draws on while analyzing fishing and sporting properties. Paul Oakland-Sales Associate

Merritt G. Pride-Sales Associate 

A licensed outfitter since 1978, Merritt was a contributing writer in "Elk Hunting with the Experts" published in 1992 by Bob Robb which included contributions by Jim Zumbo, Craig Boddington, & Jack Atcheson, Sr.  His guided hunting and fishing trips have appeared in Outdoor Life, Petersens Bow Hunting, Fly Fisherman, and FlyFishing Magazine.  Other distinctions include; Director and Vice President of the Montana Outfitters and Guides Association,  District 3 Rep to the Montana Board of Outfitters, and Chairman to the Outfitter Advisory Board for the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation and Montana Delegate to the Outfitter Advisory Board for the Foundation for North American Wi1d Sheep.  His knowledge of wildlife, hunting, fishing, agriculture, and his eye for sporting properties makes him a valuable member of our team.  Merritt has a Masters degree in Animal Science from Montana State University.  Contact Merritt at 406-684-5191
