Terms: Title will be transferred by warranty deed with title insurance, subject to standard exceptions contained in such deeds such as reservations in patents, zoning, building and use restrictions, easements and rights of way apparent or of record, and real estate taxes for the year in which closing occurs. A non-refundable down payment of 15% of the Purchase Price will be due on Auction day from the winning bidder.
